Driver's license suspension

After being charged with DWI, you have only fifteen calendar days to schedule a license suspension hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). You don't need a lawyer to fight your automatic suspension, but we strongly recommend that you hire one. An experienced DWI attorney will know how to schedule the right kind of hearing with the appropriate hearing officer. We know the strategies that will help you keep your driver's license, pending the outcome of the criminal proceeding.
